Post-Wise Minimum Educational Qualifications: Junior Assistant: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University + Working knowledge of computer applications/MS Office (with certificate) + Computer Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi. Manager – Legal: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) with minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in legal matters, contract drafting, or litigation. Sr. Manager – Supply Chain Management: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline with relevant post-qualification experience in procurement and supply chain management. Sr. Manager – Additive Manufacturing: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology with experience in 3D printing and additive manufacturing processes. DGM – Product Development: Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Design Engineering, Clothing Technology, Textile, Polymer, or Material Science with relevant domain experience.
